Volunteer registrations now open for Oxfam Trailwalker

Hi everyone,

Just letting you all know that volunteer registrations for Oxfam Trailwalker Perth are now open - click here to register.

Oxfam Trailwalker is one of the toughest team challenges in the world. Oxfam Trailwalker Perth is on 10 – 12 October and will see over 400 teams of four walk (or run) 100km in the beautiful Perth Hills in under 48 hours.

Oxfam Trailwalker is a huge logistical exercise, and we couldn’t do it without the support of our amazing volunteers. Volunteering at Oxfam Trailwalker is a fantastic way to meet people, bond with colleagues and friends, share in the excitement of Oxfam’s biggest fundraising event and most importantly, make a difference to the lives of people living in poverty.

We need people to help us mark and sweep the trail in sections ranging from 7km – 18km. Shifts are approximately 4 – 5 hours in duration and we have shifts available around the clock from Thursday 9 October afternoon to Sunday 12 October morning. Volunteers walk the trail in groups of four, so this is a great opportunity to volunteer with friends, family and club members, or to meet new people.

To find out more, check out the Trail Marker and Sweep Team volunteer roles and click here for information on what to expect on Oxfam Trailwalker weekend. For more information about the trail, click here.

Register now to volunteer! We hope you’ll be able to join our amazing team of volunteers and help support Oxfam in making a difference to people living in poverty around the world. Any assistance you can provide us in sharing this opportunity with your networks is very much appreciated.
