Magnetic Island Walk Trails
I recently holidayed on Magnetic Island off the coast from Townsville in QLD. A network of walking tracks are a great way to enjoy some amazing scenery and appreciate the diversity of vegetation from one side of the island to the other. The vegetation varies from small pockets of rainforest to open eucalypt woodland.The walks vary from short and easy to longer with a moderate degree of difficulty. I regularly travel down to Peaceful Bay to stay in a friend's holiday home and have seen signs for the Denmark - Nornalup Rail Trail. I decided that I would like to do this tail at some stage and finally went down last week with friends and achieved this goal.It was difficult to get any detailed information about the trail. Denmark - Nornalup Rail Trail

Riding the Rimutaka Incline
I recently returned from a holiday in New Zealand where we stayed with friends for a few days.
