Magnetic Island Walk Trails

I recently holidayed on Magnetic Island off the coast from Townsville in QLD. A network of walking tracks are a great way to enjoy some amazing scenery and appreciate the diversity of vegetation from one side of the island to the other. Denmark - Nornalup Rail Trail

I regularly travel down to Peaceful Bay to stay in a friend's holiday home and have seen signs for the Denmark - Nornalup Rail Trail. I decided that I would like to do this tail at some stage and finally went down last week with friends and achieved this goal.

Riding the Rimutaka Incline

I recently returned from a holiday in New Zealand where we stayed with friends for a few days. They are keen mountain bikers and wanted to take me, my husband and the friends we were travelling with, mountain biking over the Rimutaka Ranges behind Wellington and had borrowed bikes for all of us.
